Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Junior) Location: Goa Experience: 9 months 1.5 years Work Mode: Monday to Friday; 3 months office training, then hybrid (3 days office, 3 days WFH) Compensation With Angular, SQL, and .NET experience: Around 4 LPA (approximate band). With Java experience: 3 LPA 5 LPA (depending on skills and fit). Preference will be given to candidates with .NET and SQL experience. Role Summary Work as a junior full stack developer contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications. Collaborate with the team during an initial training period and gradually take ownership of modules in a hybrid working model. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web application features on both frontend and backend. Use Angular for frontend development to build responsive user interfaces. Work with .NET (or Java, as applicable) and SQL databases to build and maintain APIs, business logic, and data access layers. Write clean, maintainable code and fix bugs as assigned. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and basic documentation. Collaborate with senior developers to understand requirements and deliver features on time. Required Skills & Experience 9 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience as a full stack or backend/frontend developer. Practical experience with any of the following (higher preference for .NET + SQL): .NET (ASP.NET/.NET Core) SQL (MySQL/SQL Server or similar) Angular for frontend development Java-based backend (for candidates considered under the Java salary band) Strong understanding of basic programming concepts, debugging, and web application architecture. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Personal Attributes Eager to learn and grow in full stack development. Ability to follow guidance during the training phase and gradually work independently. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with a small team.
