Azure Migration and Devops consultant

This is a one-year contractual position on the direct payroll of Company. Key Responsibilities: Strong hands-on experience with Azure compute, storage, networking,VMs, VMSS, Load Balancers, NSGs, Firewalls, Route Tables, PrivateDNS. Expertise in Azure Landing Zone build-out, configuration, andvalidation. Hands-on experience deploying and integrating applications with AzureSDK services such as Key Vault, Storage, and Service Bus. Proven experience migrating workloads from on-premises or AWS toAzure. Practical experience with Azure Migrate, including discovery,dependency assessment, replication, and cutover activities. Experience onboarding, configuring, and utilizing cloud migration tools,frameworks, and migration playbooks. Ability to lead end-to-end migration phases independently Proficiency in containerization using Docker, including image creation,optimization, and registry management. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, preferably Azure KubernetesService (AKS), for deploying, scaling, and managing containerizedapplications. Strong understanding of Kubernetes core concepts such as pods,deployments, services, ingress, config maps, secrets, and autoscaling. Skilled in writing and maintaining Kubernetes YAML manifests, Helmcharts, and CI/CD deployment pipelines for AKS. Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management, repositorygovernance, and end-to-end pipeline implementation. Hands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines usingAzure DevOps (preferred), GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions. Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep,and ARM templates, including reusable module development andenvironment standardization. Automation using PowerShell, Shell/Bash, Azure Policy. Knowledge of secure pipelines, secrets management, compliance Experience with Azure API Management, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQLManaged Instance. Experience integrating AKS with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, KeyVault, ACR, and other Azure services. Understanding of AI Agent lifecycle management. AI Gateway Integration for multi-agent access & routing. Designing effective humanAI interaction workflows. Automation using Agentic-AI frameworks (preferred). RequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications: 68 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, infrastructuremodernization, or cloud migration projects across enterpriseenvironments. Strong expertise in Azure cloud services, including Compute,Networking, Storage, Identity (Entra ID), Monitoring, and Security. Proven experience in leading and executing end-to-end cloud migrationactivities, including discovery, assessment, planning, execution,cutover, and post-migration validation. Strong expertise in building and validating Azure Landing Zones alignedwith enterprise architecture, governance, and security frameworks. Practical experience with migration methodologies such as re-host, replatform, and re-architect using Azure Migrate, ASR, Database MigrationService, etc Hands-on experience in managing migration playbooks and pipelines inAzure DevOps, including lifecycle updates, automation, and CI/CDpractices. Hands-on experience designing and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CDpipelines for infrastructure and application deployments, includingYAML pipelines and gated validations. Ability to troubleshoot complex build, release, and pipeline issues,including agent configuration, environment variables, and integrationfailures. Strong skills in Terraform, including writing reusable modules,managing state, versioning, lifecycle upgrades, and implementinginfrastructure patterns. Experience managing Git repositories, branching strategies (GitFlow,trunk-based), pull requests, and repository metadata. Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Shell scripting to automate operationaltasks, create tooling, and support CI/CD workflows. Strong understanding of compliance, security, and governanceframeworks for cloud workloadspolicies, RBAC, tagging standards,cost management, and Azure Security Center.
