Job Title: Windows L2 Infrastructure Engineer Experience: 36 Years Location: Mumbai Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Windows L2 Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support enterprise Windows server infrastructure, virtualization, storage, backup, Active Directory, network services, and security solutions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of the organization's IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Windows Server 2019/2022 environments.Configure, provision, and manage Virtual Machines (VMs) using Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware vSphere/ESXi.Administer NAS & SAN storage, including LUN provisioning, file shares, storage mapping, and capacity management.Configure, monitor, and manage Veeam Backup & Replication, including backup verification and disaster recovery support.Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, permissions, Organizational Units (OUs), and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).Administer core network services including DNS and DHCP.Perform basic administration of FortiGate Firewall and FortiAnalyzer.Support Wi-Fi infrastructure and troubleshoot wireless connectivity issues.Configure and maintain infrastructure monitoring using Zabbix or similar monitoring tools.Perform Windows Server patch management and regular system updates.Provide Level-2 support for infrastructure incidents and service requests.Troubleshoot Windows servers, virtualization, storage, network, and system-related issues.Maintain technical documentation, asset inventory, and change management records.Administer and support Microsoft 365 services.Follow ITIL processes and ensure adherence to SLAs.Benefits: Paid sick timePaid time offProvident FundWork Location: In person .
