About the role
As a Sr HR Applications Technical Architect at COMPANY HR-Applications team, you will play a crucial role in designing, executing, and providing technical support for the entire stack of HR-Applications echo-system. You will collaborate with HR leads of various verticals, technology teams, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate programs for functional areas such as finance, human resources, manufacturing, and marketing. - Analyze existing programs, formulate logic for new systems, devise logic procedures, prepare flowcharting, code, and test/debug programs. - Develop conversion and system implementation plans, prepare system and programming documentation, and recommend changes in development and maintenance standards. - Train users in system conversion and implementation, both internal and external, client-focused, and may include company-wide, web-enabled solutions. Role Purpose: - Lead the design and implementation of HR systems, particularly in SAP SuccessFactors and Cornerstone on Demand. - Interface with business stakeholders to assess feasibility, guide Technology Leads and Implementation teams, and ensure alignment of solution development. - Spearhead the LMS migration initiative from SAP SuccessFactors to Cornerstone on Demand, focusing on scalability and future enhancements. - Explore new technologies, contribute to building an HR COE, define standards and best practices, and act as a SPOC/L3 for product support activities. - Conduct cross-training sessions for knowledge transfer across business functions. Qualifications & Experience: - Excellent understanding of HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors and Cornerstone on Demand. - Proven experience in leading System Integrations, Data Migrations, Implementations, Assessments, and Process Improvements on technical stack. - Minimum 10 years of experience as an HR Enterprise Architect. - Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred. - Experience in working in a Global Production support model.
