About the role
As an SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP TRM solutions for clients. Your responsibilities will involve closely collaborating with clients to comprehend their treasury and risk management needs, configuring SAP TRM modules accordingly, and providing continuous support and training. Working alongside a team of skilled consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders, you will ensure the seamless integration of SAP TRM with other enterprise systems. Your expertise will significantly influence clients' financial risk management, liquidity optimization, and overall treasury operations, leading to enhanced financial performance and compliance. - Conduct detailed business requirements gathering workshops with clients to grasp their treasury and risk management processes and translate them into SAP TRM solutions. - Configure and customize SAP TRM modules such as Treasury and Risk Management, Market Risk Analyzer, Credit Risk Analyzer, and Portfolio Analyzer to suit client-specific requirements and industry best practices. - Develop and execute test plans to validate the quality and accuracy of SAP TRM configurations and customizations, ensuring a smooth system implementation with minimal risks. - Provide end-user training and support to empower clients in utilizing SAP TRM functionalities effectively, maximizing their ROI and enhancing user adoption. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP FI/CO consultants, ABAP developers, and project managers, to achieve seamless integration of SAP TRM with other SAP modules and external systems, thereby improving overall system efficiency. - Stay updated with the latest SAP TRM functionalities and industry trends to offer innovative solutions and recommendations to clients, enabling them to stay competitive and adaptable in evolving market conditions. - Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements related to treasury and risk management and translate them into effective SAP TRM solutions. - Proven expertise in configuring and customizing SAP TRM modules like Treasury and Risk Management, Market Risk Analyzer, Credit Risk Analyzer, and Portfolio Analyzer. - Strong understanding of financial risk management principles, encompassing market risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk, to provide well-informed recommendations to clients. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering strong client relationships. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. - Adaptability to work in a dynamic consulting environment, collaborating with diverse teams, and managing multiple projects concurrently, ideally in a hybrid work setup based in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
