He / she should be willing to work in shifts and be on On call ROTA . Good knowledge of platform activities,incident,problem management and production support processes of tickets and defect management . Knowledge and hands on work in Splunk and AppDynamics is must . Hands on experience on AWS Cloud technologies as Devops Lead to support our Onboarding Platform .
