As a Technical Support Specialist in our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our IT infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to our employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and maintaining the optimal performance of our network systems. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently. - Maintain and troubleshoot network systems to ensure optimal performance. - Install and configure computer hardware and software as needed. - Keep accurate records of IT support incidents and their resolutions. - Adhere to IT security policies and procedures at all times. - Collaborate effectively with other IT support specialists and engineers. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. - Previous experience in providing IT support in a corporate environment. - Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Knowledge of network systems and security. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
