About the job: Role SummaryWe are seeking a Technical Manager with strong expertise in C++ to lead the design and development of end-to-end web applications. The role involves driving full-stack system architecture, managing development teams, and ensuring high-performance, scalable, and reliable solutions across the complete software lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end development of web applications using C++ and modern web technologies, driving the full SDLC from requirements to maintenance.Design scalable, high-performance, and reliable system architectures with a focus on concurrency and multithreading (STL, Boost, design patterns).Manage and mentor cross-functional engineering teams across frontend, backend, and database layers.Oversee MongoDB-based data architecture, including schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines, and scalable data modeling.Ensure best practices in code quality, system design, and agile delivery while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve product goals. Engineering Management & DeliveryOwn source code management strategy (Git branching, versioning, release workflows)Manage code integration, resolve merge conflicts, and ensure stable builds across environmentsDrive CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deploymentPlan and execute release cycles, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveryEstablish coding standards, code review practices, and quality gatesMonitor system performance, debug production issues, and ensure reliability Required Skills & Experience6+ years of experience in C++ application development with leadership exposureStrong expertise in OOP, OOAD, Data Structures & AlgorithmsHands-on experience with multithreading, IPC, synchronization, and concurrent systemsExperience in building backend systems and integrating frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)Solid understanding of database systems, including MongoDB and graph databases; strong grasp of data modeling and query patterns.Experience in designing and consuming APIs, with proficiency in handling and processing JSON data.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: have minimum 3 years of experience are Computer Science Engineering students Salary: ₹ 10,00,000 - 20,00,000 /year Experience: 3 year(s) Deadline: 2026-10-21 23:59:59
