Requisition Details: MSTR Lead Job Description:-

1. Gather business requirements, elicit technical requirements, prepare report specifications
2. Develop reports, cubes, dashboards, scorecards
3. Design, develop MSTR reports and integration with enterprise portals, mobile integration, write back to source data based on analysis by the business users, alerts via email, mobiles based on predefined events
4. Working knowledge on some RDBMS
5. Identify and design common functionality
6. Unit, Integration test the developed components
7. Promote components across dev, test and production environments
8. Provide UAT and Implementation support Requirements:-
9. Experience Level : 6yrs – 7 yrs of experience in Microstrategy.Hands-on development/maintenance Lead MicroStrategy Development Team
10. Hands-on development/maintenance experience in Microstrategy 9.3, Knowledge/Experience on enterprise portal integration, mobile integration, write back to source data based on analysis by business users, alerts via mail, mobile based on pre-defined events
11. Good conceptual knowledge and working experience on meta data creation, creating report specifications, integration test planning & testing, unit test planning & testing, UAT & implementation support
12. Strong knowledge of quality processes (SDLC, Review, Test, Configuration Management, Release Management, Defect Prevention
13. Good communication skills and comfortable in interacting directly with clients
14. Should be able to interpret data models and usage of data modeling tools (ERWIN etc)
15. Knowledge on new features of the product and performance tuning
16. Strong DW concepts
17. Strong Analysis skills
18. Experience in working with Onsite Offshore team.
