Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at HT Labs, you will be an integral part of the dynamic data team, responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and understand key business objectives and data requirements. - Collecting, cleaning, and validating large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Developing and maintaining data pipelines and workflows for extracting, transforming, and loading data into various systems and databases. - Utilizing Google Analytics to track and monitor website and app performance, and providing recommendations for optimization. - Creating and maintaining dashboards and visualizations using Data Studio to offer clear and concise data summaries to stakeholders. - Performing complex data analysis using Python or other scripting languages to uncover patterns, trends, and insights. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - 1-2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst. - Strong proficiency in BigQuery, Google Analytics, Python, Data Studio, and Mongo DB, with a deep understanding of their features and functionalities. - Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes and tools. - Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large, complex datasets. - Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining techniques, and data visualization principles. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
