Lead Data Scientist

About the Role: We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist with 4+ years of experience in Deep Learning, LLM programming and Statistical Modeling. Requirements: Designing, implementing and optimizing deep learning models and frameworks for example TensorFlow, PyTorch and JAX. Investigate with state-of-the-art architectures for example Transformers, GPT and BERT to solve complex problems. In-depth knowledge of Agentic frameworks such as Crew AI and llama index etc. Proficient in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or JAX. Intense programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries like NumPy, Pandas and SciPy. Expertise in statistical methods, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis and Bayesian inference. Experience with NLP tools and libraries for example Hugging Face, spaCy and NLTK. Familiarity with cloud platforms for example AWS, GCP, Azure and distributed computing.
