As a Data Analyst at Brightly, a Siemens company, you will be joining the Energy & ESG Managed Services Team within Professional Services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client data integrity, advanced utility data management, validation, and reporting. Your role will involve a strong focus on data collection, loading, and verification, with a preference for individuals who have a good understanding of utility data, energy markets, and industry trends. You will play a critical role in performing validation checks, troubleshooting data flow issues, and maintaining high accuracy in utility data loading. Key Responsibilities: - Support ongoing maintenance of client, property, and utility account information. - Review and resolve data load issues for quality control and assurance. - Serve in a client support role by tracking, investigating, and implementing data solutions. - Manually load utility data with high accuracy. - Use data processing tools and proprietary systems to validate data. - Provide cross-team support with client requests and energy data issues. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or 2 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving mentality. - Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting priorities. - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent client service and relationship-building skills. - Keen eye for detail and commitment to teamwork. - Experience with MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - SQL experience is an asset.
