Python Architect - Django/Flask

Description : We are seeking a highly experienced Python Architect with strong hands-on expertise in React.js for frontend development. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. This role requires deep backend architecture knowledge with Python frameworks and a solid understanding of modern frontend technologies. Responsibilities : - Design and implement end-to-end architecture for large-scale applications using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and React.js. - Lead the technical design, code reviews, and performance optimization efforts. - Define best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines for development teams. - Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable solutions. - Integrate backend services with frontend UI through RESTful or GraphQL APIs. - Ensure system security, data integrity, and scalability. - Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development efficiency. - Mentor developers and guide them on architecture, design patterns, and performance tuning. Requirements : - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in designing and architecting enterprise-grade software solutions. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs. Technical Skills Required : Backend : - Python, FastAPI / Django / Flask. Frontend : - React.js, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5 CSS3 Database : - PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB. Cloud and DevOps : - AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines. Architecture : - Microservices, event-driven systems, and REST/GraphQL APIs. Testing and Tools : - PyTest, Jest, Postman, Git, and Jenkins. Additional : - Experience with caching (Redis) and message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka) is a plus.
