Software Engineer - Mobile

We are looking for Mobile Engineers who can help us deliver delightful experiences to our users and have a passion for solving challenges with technology. You will work closely with the product team and the founders to drive the product development and launch high-quality products. Duties and Responsibilities Building efficient and reusable mobile components and architecting reliable, performant, and scalable mobile solutions Be a part of the product decision-making process by understanding the customer s pain points and suggesting features that will be a fit. Proactively manage stakeholders communication related to deliverables, risks, changes, and dependencies Establish standards and best practices for you and the team to deliver clean, scalable, and maintainable code Stay ahead of industry-wide tools, trends, technologies, and standard methodologies What s Required You have 2+ years of mobile development experience and are open to learning Flutter You have been part of a fast-paced, high growth start-up You seek high ownership, independent environments, and feedback-oriented cultures You have the ability to work in areas outside of your usual comfort zone and show motivation for personal growth You have good knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies You are familiar with Android/iOS platform developments, design guidelines, common mobile UX patterns, and anti-patterns You have some familiarity with Declarative UI frameworks like Compose, Flutter or React Native You have personal projects that show an aptitude for technical excellence and product sense You have debugging skills to identify memory leaks and performance bottlenecks
