About the role
Responsibilities Design and build applications for the iOS platform Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation Skills Strong desire to make beautiful UX Team management Proficient in Swift, Cocoa Touch Having good understanding of Rx & MVVM Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Realm, Core Animation, etc. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications with back- end services Knowledge of UI/UX standards Understanding of Apple?s design principles and interface guidelines Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools (Instruments) Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications Knack for benchmarking and optimization Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git) Others Wear multiple hats of an end user, tester Engage and empathise with the testing and operations teams Consider & conduct developer testing as an essential part of the development process Keep updated with relevant technical developments (Dev blogs, UI/UX, Dev meets, books, etc.) You?ll get bonus points for: Having good understanding of IGListKit, SnapKit, Firebase. Knowing how to write good tests Familiar with continuous integration. Educational Requirements Bachelor Degree (not mandatory though)
