SAP Success Factors Consultant

(Senior) SuccessFactors Consultant We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated (Senior) SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong focus on Time Management and Time Tracking to join our growing HR IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions and other modules to support our global workforce. You will work closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and user experience. Your Responsibilities • Lead and support the implementation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules (e.g., Time Tracking, Time Off, Clock In Clock Out). • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations. • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design end-to-end HR processes that align with business goals. • Configure and maintain time-related rules, accruals, work schedules, and time valuation schemas. • Ensure data integrity and compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies. • Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support. • Act as a subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Time Management, staying up to date with new releases and best practices. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members. Your Profile Required: • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on Time Management/Time Tracking. • Proven experience in at least one full-cycle implementation of SuccessFactors Time modules. • Strong understanding of time management processes, compliance requirements, and integration with payroll systems. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team. • Fluency in English is mandatory, in verbal and written form; German is an asset. • Understanding of JIRA workflows and processes Preferred: • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Time Management or Employee Central. • Experience with SAP HCM Time Management or hybrid environments. • Familiarity with integration tools such as SAP CPI or BTP. • Ideally: experience in working in a regulated environment (Financial / Insurance Industry, Public services)
