About the role
Creating technical drawings: Producing detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, including layouts, assembly diagrams, and schematics. exposure to civil ,structural,Solar work desirable. Collaborating with teams: Working with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure design accuracy. Revising drawings: Updating and modifying drawings based on feedback, design changes, and updated specifications. Maintaining documentation: Organizing and managing design files, ensuring drawings are up-to-date and readily accessible. Ensuring compliance: Adhering to industry standards, codes, and regulations in the design process. Preparing documentation: Assisting with the creation of bills of materials, cost estimates, and other project-related documentation. Assisting with project coordination: Supporting project managers and other team members in the planning and execution of projects. Staying updated: Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in AutoCAD and design technologies. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in AutoCAD: Strong technical skills in using AutoCAD software for drafting and design. Technical drawing skills: Ability to create accurate and detailed technical drawings. Communication and collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively interact with project teams. Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve design issues and challenges. Knowledge of industry standards: Understanding of relevant codes, regulations, and industry-specific standards.
