Urgent Hiring Desktop Support Engineer (Work From Office) Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer Location: Work From Office Shift: US Night Shift Employment Type: Full time Salary - Gross Salary: 24,000 per month Experience Required - Minimum 1 year of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support / Technical Support. Qualification - Graduate (Any Discipline) Key Responsibilities - Provide desktop and laptop support to end users. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral issues. - Install, configure, and maintain desktops, printers, scanners, and related devices. - Handle software installation, updates, and basic system administration tasks. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues through remote or in-person support. - Maintain IT assets and support documentation. - Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution. Required Skills - Good understanding of desktop troubleshooting. - Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and software issue resolution. - Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP, connectivity troubleshooting) preferred. - Strong communication skills in English. - Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving abilities. Interview Process - 2 Rounds Only - HR Round - Operations Round Working Days / Week Off - Rotational week off Any 2 days off in a week. Preferred Candidate Profile - Immediate joiners will be preferred. - Candidates comfortable with US night shifts and work-from-office setup. - Candidates with a technical support or desktop support background are encouraged to apply.
