About the role
The Director of Technology is a senior leadership role responsible for driving Skyward's technical vision and ensuring our products and solutions are built with excellence, scalability, and customer outcomes in mind. This individual will lead the software development team, shape hardware and networking architecture decisions, serve as a key technical voice with customers, and guide the definition and execution of Skyward's product solutions. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring both deep technical expertise and strong business acumen. The Director of Technology will bridge engineering execution with strategic product development, working cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive leadership.
