As a Full Stack Engineer at Huron's AI Tech Team, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative, enterprise-ready applications that leverage AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and building full-stack applications to power the firm's AI and analytics solutions. - Developing and deploying reusable tools and frameworks to enhance solution delivery across consulting teams. - Creating intuitive front-end interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar frameworks. - Developing robust backend services and APIs in Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) and integrating with data and external systems. - Implementing secure authentication, data management, and system integration across cloud environments (Azure, AWS). - Ensuring seamless integration from front-end to back-end and delivering complete, production-ready features. - Applying DevOps and CI/CD practices to support deployment, monitoring, and maintainability of applications. - Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand workflows, clarify requirements, and translate business needs into working solutions. - Operating with a high degree of ownership and independence, driving solutions from concept through implementation. - Rapidly prototyping and iterating on solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Preferences for this role include: - 6 to 9 years of professional experience in full-stack development. - Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities and ambiguous problem spaces. - Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with Python for backend development. - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and secure development practices. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience translating business workflows or operational challenges into technical solutions is a plus.
