POSITION SUMMARY Role: Fusion HCM Functional Consultant Location: Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Chennai, Jaipur. Exp: 4 to 7 years Required modules: US Payroll & Core HR is must - 4-7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with strong expertise in U.S. Payroll and Core HR Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM modules, identifying fit/gaps and recommending solutionsLead end-to-end implementation of U.S. Payroll and Core HR modules including configuration, testing, and deploymentConfigure payroll elements including earnings, deductions, pre-tax and post-tax components, and payment methods based on business needsConfigure payroll definitions, payroll processes, and support payroll cycles ensuring accurate processing and compliance with U.S. regulationsManage federal, state, and local tax configurations and ensure payroll statutory compliance for U.S. payrollDesign and configure Core HR structures including legal entities, business units, departments, jobs, positions, and workforce structuresConfigure personal information, employment lifecycle processes, and HR transactions within Core HRWork on Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, validations, and eligibility rulesCollaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate business processes into system configurationsConduct client workshops, demos, and training sessions to showcase solution capabilitiesSupport reports, interfaces, data conversion, and integrations with payroll and Core HR modulesPerform system testing, payroll validation, and parallel payroll runs to ensure accuracy and complianceTroubleshoot functional issues and resolve implementation-related defects across project phasesDevelop functional specifications, user documentation, and training materialsCollaborate with cross-functional and global teams, ensuring successful delivery of implementation projectsStrong experience in workflows, security, and OTBI/BI reportingStrong communication, stakeholder management, and client handling skillsBachelors degree or MBA (HRMS preferred) with exposure to Agile/Iterative methodologies POSITION SUMMARY Role: Fusion HCM Functional Consultant Location: Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Chennai, Jaipur.
