Our team is dedicated to helping medium-sized enterprises optimize their human capital management processes. We are constantly pushing boundaries of the technology and finding innovative ways to make our deployments smoother and faster. We are seeking a skilled and innovative Workday Recruiting Consultant to join our team and drive successful Workday implementations using the Launch methodology. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on Workday Recruiting. - Strong knowledge of Workday Recruiting configuration, including requisition creation, job posting, candidate management, offer management and Onboarding. - Lead the configuration of Workday Recruiting module to ensure it aligns with the clients requirements. - Understand Workday security domains and how to maintain security on business processes. - Collaborate with the customer in transferring data from legacy systems to Workday, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Workday configurations. - Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Workday functionalities and best practices. - Create custom reports to meet specific recruiting metrics and business requirements. - Provide ongoing support and optimization services post-implementation. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Finance, to ensure seamless integration of Workday solutions. - Stay updated on Workday product releases and enhancements to provide clients with the latest solutions. - Experience/Certification in Talent or Learning is an additional advantage. - Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Substantial and measurable delivery of 3 or more end-to-end Recruiting implementations. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday workstream. - Current active Workday Recruiting Certification. Certification in other HCM modules like Talent and Learning is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Analytical and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication skills, especially in handling difficult conversations. - Robust collaboration and teamwork skills. - Learning agility.
