You will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd level SAP S/4HANA application support for global locations. This includes managing incidents, problems, and change requests to ensure timely and high-quality solutions. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions. You will support SAP implementation projects, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities. It is essential to ensure stable business operations during critical activities and proactively identify improvement opportunities. Collaboration with business teams, architects, developers, and external partners is crucial to deliver solutions. Additionally, you will support and guide junior consultants by sharing knowledge and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement of SAP processes and support activities. Occasional international travel may be required based on business needs. To be successful in this role, you should have 57 years of experience in SAP application management, support, or project environments. Hands-on experience with SAP ECC6 and/or SAP S/4HANA is required, along with a strong understanding of SAP business processes and related modules. Experience with SAP configuration and troubleshooting, as well as with SAP implementations and post-go-live support in an international environment, is essential. Manufacturing experience is considered a strong advantage. A degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred. Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes is an advantage. You should be able to work independently while being a strong team player, with a customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent English communication skills are necessary.
