Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing detailed engineering documents related to instrumentation and control systems. This includes creating Instrument Index, I/O list, Data Sheets, Hook-up drawings, and Cable schedules. In addition, you will design Control philosophy, Logic diagrams, and Cause & Effect matrix, and oversee the control system architecture. You will also review vendor documents, coordinate with various disciplines, ensure compliance with relevant standards, support HAZOP and SIL assessment, manage instrumentation procurement, and provide technical support during plant operations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review detailed engineering documents for instrumentation and control systems. - Coordinate with different disciplines to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation. - Ensure compliance with IEC, ISA, ATEX, SIL, and other applicable standards. - Manage instrumentation procurement, including technical bid evaluation and inspection. - Oversee field instrumentation installation, loop checking, calibration, and troubleshooting. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients during pre-commissioning and commissioning. - Provide technical support during start-up and stabilisation of hydrogen plant operations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation / Control Systems Engineering (or equivalent). - 3-6 years of experience in Control & Instrumentation engineering. - Knowledge of PLC/DCS programming, communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC), and integration with SCADA systems. - Familiarity with hazardous area classification (ATEX/IECEx), SIL-rated systems, and functional safety practices. - Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
