Software Engineer & Operations Executive

Responsibilities Own end-to-end operations, ensuring processes run smoothly across teamsBuild automations and internal tools to streamline recurring tasks and workflowsUse AI tools (Claude, Claude Cowork, and similar) to design and deploy task automationsIdentify manual, repetitive processes and re-engineer them using AI-driven solutionsWrite and maintain scripts/code to support operational toolingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunitiesMonitor and report on operational KPIs, using AI to surface insights fasterContinuously evaluate and adopt new AI tools to improve efficiencyRequirements 5+ years of experience in a startup or high-growth environment.Must be a Software Engineer by background hands-on coding experience is mandatory.Proved Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldHands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, or similar platformsProven ability to build automations and AI-powered workflowsStrong understanding of operations management principlesExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environmentNice to Have Experience with workflow/automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.)Exposure to prompt engineering or building AI agentsPay: 85,000.00 - 95,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick timePaid time offWork from homeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai) .
