Hiring: Storage L2 Tech Engineer Location: Bangalore/ Pune Experience: 4-5 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or Master's Degree in Technical Discipline We are looking for an experienced Storage L2 Tech Engineer with strong expertise in Storage, SAN, Backup, and HP Enterprise Storage products. Required Skills: Storage & SAN Fundamentals Fibre Channel & iSCSI Technologies HP Storage Products (Online & Nearline) Backup & Recovery Solutions SAN, NAS & RAID Concepts Tape Libraries (MSL, ESL, ESL-E, VLS, D2D Gen2, B6200) HP L&TT Tools Storage Arrays (EVA, MSA, NAS, XP Storage) Windows/Linux Administration Networking & SAN Connectivity Key Responsibilities: Provide remote Storage Hardware & Software support Troubleshoot complex SAN, Switch, and Storage issues Support Tape Libraries, Backup Software, and Storage Arrays Perform incident management and root cause analysis Collaborate with L2, L3, Labs, and Account Teams Ensure SLA compliance and timely issue resolution Conduct log analysis and troubleshooting activities Preferred Certifications: A+ Server+ MCSE / CCNA (Preferred) If you have hands-on experience with HP Enterprise Storage solutions and SAN environments, we'd love to hear from you!
