Solutions Architect Experience: 8+ years Workmode: On-site Work Location: Chennai Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Role Summary Own the product, solution and delivery direction for a digital KYC and client-onboarding programme, from process understanding and vendor selection through architecture, delivery and production rollout. Key Responsibilities ● Translate business and compliance processes into delivery scope ● Define the target client, RM, operations and compliance journeys ● Lead KYC-provider and technology evaluation ● Define architecture, integration boundaries and security controls ● Guide Zoho CRM, KYC, video, OCR and AWS integration decisions ● Own backlog, acceptance criteria, delivery plan and technical governance ● Coordinate RH stakeholders, vendors and the engineering team ● Review solution quality, delivery risks and production readiness ● Define measurable outcomes such as onboarding TAT, pending items and drop-off Must-Have Skills ● 8+ years in product, solution architecture or technology delivery ● Experience delivering digital KYC or client-onboarding platforms ● Strong understanding of KYC, AML, client verification and regulated workflows ● Experience with banks, NBFCs, wealth management, securities or fintech ● Zoho CRM integration and workflow understanding ● Third-party KYC platforms, APIs, SDKs and webhook-based integrations ● Video KYC/IPV, OCR, document verification and eSign workflows ● API-first and event-driven architecture ● AWS cloud architecture and security ● Data privacy, auditability, consent, RBAC and PII protection ● Strong stakeholder, vendor and engineering-team leadership ● Ability to create practical delivery plans, estimates and phased outcomes Preferred ● Exposure to CKYC, KRA, DigiLocker, FATCA/CRS and SEBI-related onboarding ● Experience evaluating build-versus-buy options ● UX-led product-development experience ● Hands-on architecture or prior engineering background
