Job Description Entry Level Engineer – Production Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Engineer – Production to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are looking to start their career in production and manufacturing. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and work closely with senior engineers to support day-to-day production activities. Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day production operations. Monitor production activities to ensure timely completion of work. Learn and follow manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting under supervision. Maintain daily production records and reports. Assist in achieving production targets while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Purchase departments as required. Report production issues to senior engineers or supervisors. Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager. Educational Qualification Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Freshers are welcome to apply. Required Skills Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes. Ability to read basic engineering drawings. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong willingness to learn and grow. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Team player with a positive attitude. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Kaizen. Internship or project experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
