Your role will involve ensuring project quality, managing reporting to senior leadership, and driving process improvements using JIRA for project tracking. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct audits to ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and client requirements. - Manage project risks, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with project managers. - Utilize JIRA to track progress and generate audit reports for senior management. - Define quality metrics and benchmarks for continuous improvement. - Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management. - Foster collaboration between teams and ensure smooth communication on quality issues. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in SQA role. - Expertise in JIRA for project tracking and reporting. - Deep knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and QA best practices. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
