Role Description Location: Chennai, India Experience: 2-4 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are building an AI-Native Security Platform for next-generation telecom networks, enabling intelligent orchestration of classical cryptography, Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), and Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) across 5G Advanced and future 6G networks. This is not a typical GenAI application role. You will help design and build a production-grade Agentic AI Framework capable of autonomous decision-making, security orchestration, policy execution, telemetry analysis, and adaptive cryptographic management across cloud-native telecom infrastructure. What You'll Build Multi-agent AI orchestration framework for telecom security Autonomous AI agents for telemetry, threat analysis, policy enforcement, and cryptographic orchestration LLM-powered Security Copilot with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Knowledge graph-driven decision support AI workflows for adaptive and predictive security orchestration Integration with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and telecom network functions Responsibilities Design and develop production-grade Agentic AI systems Build multi-agent workflows using modern orchestration frameworks Integrate LLMs into enterprise and telecom platforms Develop AI-driven policy orchestration and decision pipelines Build RAG pipelines using standards documentation, security policies, and operational knowledge Integrate telemetry from distributed systems and security platforms Develop APIs and services for AI-enabled orchestration Collaborate with telecom security, cryptography, and cloud engineering teams Contribute to AI architecture, evaluation, observability, and governance Required Skills AI & Agentic Systems Strong Python programming Experience with multi-agent AI frameworks (LangGraph preferred; AutoGen or CrewAI is a plus) LLM integration and orchestration Prompt engineering and structured output design Tool calling and agent workflow design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Vector databases and semantic search AI evaluation, observability, and debugging Backend & Platform FastAPI or similar Python web frameworks REST and gRPC APIs Asynchronous programming Distributed systems Docker and Kubernetes Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices Data & AI Infrastructure Knowledge graphs (Neo4j or equivalent) OpenTelemetry and observability concepts Message brokers such as NATS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases Nice to Have Telecom domain knowledge (5G Core, Service-Based Architecture, 3GPP) Network security (TLS, IPsec, OAuth2, PKI) Post-Quantum Cryptography concepts (ML-KEM, ML-DSA, SLH-DSA) Reinforcement Learning or AI planning Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) Experience with cloud-native service meshes (Istio, Linkerd) What We're Looking For We value engineers who can: Build reliable AI systems rather than AI demos Design autonomous workflows and agent collaboration Think in terms of systems architecture and distributed computing Balance innovation with engineering discipline Work across AI, networking, cloud, and security domains Why Join Us You'll be part of a team building one of the industry's first AI-Native Adaptive Security Platforms for telecom, combining: Agentic AI LLMs Knowledge Graphs Post-Quantum Cryptography Quantum Key Distribution Cloud-Native 5G Core Emerging 6G Security Architecture This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, distributed systems, and next-generation telecommunications, contributing to technology that will help shape the security fabric of future networks.
