About the role
3+ years of total mobile development experience, with at least 2+ years in Flutter. Proficient in Dart programming language. Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX standards and best practices. Experience with state management libraries (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.). Integration experience with REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and Firebase. Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiar with Agile development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.). Excellent problem-solving skills and debugging techniques. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience as a team lead or technical architect. Exposure to native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development. Knowledge of DevOps for mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise). Published apps on the App Store or Google Play Store. Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage priorities and deliver results under pressure. Positive attitude, initiative, and leadership mindset.
