About the role
Chief Architect Products & Platforms Role Overview Lead the technology architecture for Garuda Vigil and Skanixa, building scalable, secure, cloud-native, API-first, AI-ready, multi-tenant, and globally deployable platforms. Drive architecture strategy, governance, innovation, and platform evolution across SaaS and enterprise deployments. Key Responsibilities - Define architecture vision, standards, governance, and multi-year technology roadmap. - Architect scalable, configurable, extensible SaaS and cloud-native platforms. - Lead multi-tenant, distributed, event-driven, API-first, and microservices architecture. - Define AI, data, analytics, and edge architecture for future-ready platforms. - Enable ecosystem integration (ERP, WMS, POS, supply chain) through APIs and SDKs. - Establish secure-by-design, compliance, resilience, observability, and DevSecOps practices. - Drive technology modernization, AI-assisted engineering, and adoption of emerging technologies. - Chair Architecture Review Board, mentor architects, and ensure architectural excellence. - Support strategic customers with executive-level technical leadership and solution architecture. Experience - 15+ years in technology/architecture, including 5+ years in senior architecture leadership. - Proven success building enterprise SaaS, cloud-native, distributed, and multi-industry platforms. - Preferred domain experience: Retail Tech, Supply Chain, Industrial IoT, Enterprise Automation, RFID/AIDC.
