Head of Artificial Intelligence

As the Head of Artificial Intelligence at our company, your primary focus will be on agentic AI systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), and applied machine learning. You will play a crucial role in building, scaling, and leading our Artificial Intelligence practice, with a strong emphasis on real-world business use cases in healthcare, analytics, and enterprise AI. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, and deliver agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows for various business use cases. - Build and deploy AI solutions using OpenAI / Azure OpenAI APIs and open-source LLMs. - Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, prompt frameworks, and applied ML models. - Ensure scalability, reliability, and production readiness of AI systems. - Own end-to-end AI lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. - Lead MLOps and production deployment of AI/ML systems using containerized and cloud-based environments. - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing AI engineering and ML team. - Define and drive the AI roadmap, technical standards, and long-term AI capabilities. - Support presales activities, solutioning, and client-facing technical discussions. Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in Python. - Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, Transformers, and agentic AI systems. - Solid experience in RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and applied ML. - Proven track record of production-grade AI/ML deployments. - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. - Cloud experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
