Role Overview We are looking for an Automation Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Selenium or Playwright to ensure high-quality, scalable web applications through robust test automation. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright - Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing for web applications - Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements - Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA - Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines - Improve test coverage, reusability, and automation efficiency Required Skills - 2+ years of experience in automation testing - Robust hands-on experience with Selenium (Java/Python) or Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) - Good understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies - Experience in API testing (Postman/REST APIs) is a plus - Basic knowledge of Git and build tools (Maven/npm) Nice to Have - Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber) - Exposure to Docker / CI tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions Why Join Us - Work on real-world, scalable products - Strong learning & growth opportunities - Collaborative, fast-moving engineering culture .
