As a Junior Faade Designer, your role will involve providing essential support to the Faade Design team. Your primary objective will be to assist in the preparation of technical drawings and project documentation under direct supervision to develop foundational skills in faade design. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: - Assist in the preparation of initial drafts for faade drawings and technical documents as directed by senior team members. - Make revisions to drawings and specifications based on feedback from the design team. - Actively learn and apply company standards, project specifications, and fundamental engineering principles. - Gain a working knowledge of local building codes and various faade materials. - Support the design team in day-to-day project tasks. - Maintain and organize design files, records, and project correspondence to ensure information is accurate and accessible. - Assist in basic quality checks of drawings to ensure they meet required standards before formal review. Mandatory Candidate Profile: - Education: A Bachelor's degree/Diploma in (Civil /Mechanical) Engineering or Architecture is required. - Experience: 0-2 years of experience. Recent graduates with a strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in structural or faade design are encouraged to apply. - Technical Knowledge: Basic proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) is mandatory. The candidate must possess a strong willingness to learn advanced design tools. Reporting Structure: The position reports directly to the Faade Designer or a Senior Faade Designer.
