Jr. Architect / Sr. Architect

Role Overview: As a Jr. Architect / Sr. Architect, your main responsibility will be to develop unique plans for upcoming projects while adhering to standard rules and regulations. You will need to bring in the best design practices within the scope of budget and timeline. It is essential to collaborate with the team to improve productivity and efficiency, as well as enhance client satisfaction. Your role will also involve visiting project locations for assessment and engaging in research, development, and architectural exploration. Key Responsibilities: - Develop unique plans for upcoming projects - Ensure compliance with standard rules and regulations - Implement best design practices within budget and timeline constraints - Adhere and adapt to company goals and standards - Improve executional processes in all project phases - Collaborate with the team to enhance productivity and efficiency - Enhance client satisfaction - Visit project locations for assessment - Engage in research, development, and architectural exploration Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an architect - Creative thinking skills - Attention to detail - Understanding of clients requirements - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, Lumion, or VRAY - Willingness to relocate and work in Mysore, Karnataka location Additional Company Details: The company prefers candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. However, BE Civil candidates with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience can also be considered for the role of Lead Designer instead of Architect. The working days and timings are Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The interview process consists of a total of 3 rounds conducted face-to-face, and candidates are required to carry a hard copy of their updated resume and a soft copy of their portfolio.
