Required Skills: Personalization campaigns and real-time decisioning Behavioural targeting and audience segmentation Customer journey orchestration and profile unification Apex, Flow, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL and REST APIs MuleSoft and enterprise integrations Event tracking and behavioural analytics GitHub, Jenkins and CI/CD Experience in Banking/Financial Services and relevant Salesforce certifications will be preferred.
