Sr Technical Lead

Job Description: Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) professional with 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level integrations. The role involves integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud applications with on-premise and third-party systems, owning end-to-end integration architecture, and providing hands-on technical leadership. Key Responsibilities Design and implement high-level integration architecture and detailed implementation plans using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Build and manage enterprise-grade integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM) and external systems. Develop real-time, scheduled, and business event based integrations. Configure and use OIC adapters including REST, SOAP, FTP, File Server, Database, ERP, and Service Bus adapters. Develop integrations using FDBI templates for bulk data import into Oracle Fusion Cloud. Invoke and manage BI Publisher (BIP) reports, custom ESS jobs, and scheduled processes. Configure and manage OIC Agent for on-premise connectivity. Manage OIC security, including configuration of OIC access roles and mapping to Fusion custom roles. Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for existing integrations. Collaborate with functional teams, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to understand integration requirements. Prepare and maintain technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment guides. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance where required. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud applications with third-party and on-premise systems. Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web services, payload design, and error handling. Hands-on experience with ERP Cloud adapters and FDBI-based data imports. Experience with BIP reports, ESS jobs, and scheduled processes. Strong understanding of integration patterns, orchestration, and exception handling. Experience in production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
