About the role
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.Install and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office applications.Configure email clients, printers, scanners, and other IT devices.Monitor and maintain IT assets and inventory records.Coordinate with vendors for warranty and repair services.Perform preventive maintenance and system updates.Support basic networking activities, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.Ensure timely closure of support tickets and user issues.Required Skills Knowledge of Windows 10/11 Operating Systems.Experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting.Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.Understanding of printers, scanners, and peripherals.Good communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or Any graduateWork Location: Periyanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore HR Contact: 7845764900 / 7010057891 Compensation: 18,000.00 - 22,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashmentWork Location: In person We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, and network-related issues.
