As a Systems Operations Analyst at this company, your role will involve providing immediate assistance to ICE/NYSE/IMT developers, engineers, support personnel, and IT staff to minimize the impact of infrastructure-related problems. You will be responsible for monitoring systems and applications, incident management, problem management, system and application production readiness, deployment management, and ensuring the overall performance metrics of the environment. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor systems and applications within the production environment - Diagnose and fix incidents raised through monitoring tools, conference bridges, and chats - Work with internal and external teams to implement incident fixes, workarounds, and data recovery - Investigate and update incident tickets with root cause and incident description - Manage incident tickets to closure and ensure all corrective actions are completed - Work with teams to expand and maintain operational runbooks and documentation - Participate in disaster recovery, business continuity, and workplace recovery events - Provide and report on performance metrics of the environment - Follow the handover process to bring the next shift up to speed and highlight priority items or issues Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (IT-based) or experience in IT systems support within a Linux/Unix OS environment - Proficiency in Bash and working knowledge of Linux core utilities and scripting - Knowledge of networking, specifically TCP and UDP - Strong communication skills and analytical problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships - Excellent time management skills and ability to manage priorities under pressure - Self-confident, assertive, and able to multitask The company operates in a 24x7 environment, requiring shift rotation and weekend work. The experience range for this position is 2 - 4 years, with a maximum budget of 8 LPA.
