About the role
As a Technical Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications primarily using C#/.NET and React. Your key responsibilities will include: - Architecting, building, and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services. - Maintaining and enhancing Windows Forms applications, contributing to legacy support and modernization initiatives. - Developing Python-based utilities for image processing and automation using libraries such as OpenCV, NumPy, and PIL. - Providing technical leadership through code reviews, architectural guidance, and mentoring of developers. - Collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Applying analytical and mathematical reasoning to optimize algorithms, workflows, and system performance. - Ensuring best practices in security, performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Supporting real-time communication features using gRPC and WebSockets where applicable. Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of professional software development experience. - Strong proficiency in C#/.NET (Core and Framework). - Experience with React or similar modern frontend frameworks. - Solid experience designing and consuming REST APIs. - Hands-on experience with Windows Forms (legacy application support). - Working knowledge of Python for image processing and automation. - Experience with gRPC and WebSockets. - Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar). - Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, including algorithm optimization. - Experience designing and optimizing scalable, high-performance systems. - Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Additional Company Details: - Experience working on AI-enabled applications (model integration or inference). - Exposure to microservices architectures. - Prior experience in a technical lead or senior mentoring role.
