The successful candidate will provide Maconomy System support on the Maconomy ERP systems and related applications, including EBIS reporting (SAP Business Objects) / Web and mobile user interfaces to the E&A (Europe & Asia) Group to achieve the required business objectives. Guidance and collaboration between E&A Finance, IT and Operation teams related to the set-up and maintenance of the system. Training users on the Maconomy financial system modules Review and recommend changes to the Maconomy systems ERP portfolio. Assist with the migration/setup of new companies (following acquisitions being migrated onto Maconomy to align processes and support efficiencies around consolidation / reporting / workflows) as well as projects within Maconomy, including security administration, maintaining users, groups, and user roles. Create and maintain data import files to automate/simplify the upload of data. Assist and play a key role with the Business Transformation team on financial system upgrades, transitions, implementations, and general process/procedural changes. Day to day Maconomy ad hoc support to the Business Experience / Skillset Min 3 years of previous experience in a Systems Administrator role essentially in Maconomy, ideally in an international corporation setting. Familiarity with supporting local and international stakeholders. Awareness / understanding of end-to-end life cycle for Projects/initiatives (preferable but not essential) Particularly good standard of Microsoft Excel skills desirable Good knowledge of MS office suite of products expected. Power BI or data visualisation skills desirable but not essential Ability to write / amend VBA would be beneficial although not fundamental. Knowledge of Cloud (SaaS) hosted software solutions.
