As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy for the insurance segment on the website, aligned with business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and managing the product roadmap, ensuring timely implementation of features and improvements. - Identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and increase conversions on the journey pages. - Collaborating with front-end and back-end teams to optimize the website's functionality for the business. - Working closely with designers and developers to enhance the website's user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). - Ensuring the website is responsive, fast, and easy to navigate, providing a seamless experience across all devices. - Utilizing data analytics tools to monitor website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates. - Conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability testing to gather insights and drive data-driven decisions. - Collaborating with teams, including marketing, sales, design, legal, underwriting, and customer support, to ensure alignment with business goals. Qualifications required for this role: - 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on DIY Journeys. - Proven experience in data analysis, user behavior tracking, and conversion rate optimization. - Experience in managing projects that involve cross-functional teams. - Experience in working on D2C platforms like portal and Mobile App. - Worked on analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, etc. - Experience in the insurance or financial services industry. - Knowledge of marketing best practices and their impact on user experience and conversion rate. - Understanding of system (Desktop, Mobile m-site, and Mobile App) development, including knowledge of front and back-end technologies. - Ability to take data-backed decisions comprehensively. - Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). - Understanding of UX design principles and website performance optimization. - Certifications in product management or web development. - Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello. - Familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies.
