Job Description • Must have experience of handling big teams. • must have innovative ideas to give a better look to projects. • Details of Excellent coding skills Must have but not limited to good experience on ASP.net projects with SQL as database. • Develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information. • Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program. • Excellent working knowledge of C#, .NET (1.1, 2.0, 3.5) , ASP.NET, .SOAP based web services. • Excellent problem analysis and trouble shooting skills • Strong leadership, planning, organizational and consulting skills • Ability to communicate effectively to technical and non- technical audiencesDesired Candidate Profile • Good communication skill • Willing to learn and work hard • Client interaction skills • Knowledge of Group Benefits business and administration. • Knowledge of the financial and insurance industries • Experience with performance and memory analysis tools. • Experience with load testing web based application.
