As a Manager, Clinical Systems at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation and maintenance of clinical systems that support efficient trial management and data integrity. Your Profile should include: - Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, information technology, or clinical research. - Extensive experience in managing clinical systems or related technology, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams in a dynamic environment. - Proficiency in clinical data management tools and systems, with a focus on optimizing user experience and data integrity. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
