MySQL DBA / MySQL Database Administrator

Job Description: Installation & Patch upgrades of MYSQL databaseManage and monitor MYSQL databases to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.Implement and maintain database backup and recovery strategies to minimize data loss and downtime.Implement and maintain replication and DC & DR SyncPerform regular database maintenance tasks, such as index rebuilding, query optimization, and database tuning.Proactively identify and resolve database performance issues and bottlenecks.Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective use of database resources.Develop and implement database security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data.Monitor and analyze database performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.Plan and execute database migration and upgrade projects.Troubleshoot and resolve database-related problems in a timely manner.Document database configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Skills Required: Proven experience in managing large-scale MYSQL databases in a production environment.Understanding of relational database management systems and their principles.
