Team Lead Java Developer

The ideal candidate will lead a development team supporting and enhancing critical banking applications. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot technologies, application architecture, and the ability to manage L3-level support for high-volume transaction systems. Job RoleLead and manage a team handling Java application development and production support.Majority involvement in development activities along with support ownership.Handle and resolve L3-level technical queries and escalations.Work on multiple applications hosted for transaction processing systems.Design and implement application and architecture solutions.Develop and maintain web applications, REST APIs, microservices, and core Java applications.Build and optimize stored procedures using Oracle PL/SQL.Handle multi-threaded, high-volume, mission-critical transaction processing systems.Manage and guide a team that monitors critical application transaction statuses.Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor team members.Coordinate with stakeholders for requirements, delivery, and issue resolution. .
