About the role
Job Title: Condition Monitoring Analyst We are looking for a Condition Monitoring Analyst to analyze equipment health data, identify potential issues, and provide maintenance recommendations to improve machine reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze condition monitoring data, including oil analysis (S•O•S), inspections, telematics, and equipment history. Prepare technical reports and recommend corrective or preventive actions. Support dealer service teams with troubleshooting and equipment performance analysis. Use Microsoft Excel, Access, and other analytical tools to interpret data and identify trends. Communicate technical findings and recommendations to internal teams and customers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or related Engineering. Experience in condition monitoring, maintenance, diagnostics, or field service within construction equipment, heavy machinery, or automotive industries. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and report-writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Access is an advantage.
