Experience: 6 months to 5 years Location: Remote About the Role IdeaHelix is seeking an enthusiastic and technically capable Salesforce Developer Consultant to design, configuration, development, testing, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This is a career consulting and development role for candidates who have strong Salesforce and Ai fundamentals and want to build expertise across: Salesforce CRM and the Agentforce 360 Platform Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Salesforce Industries and OmniStudio Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud Apex, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Flow Agentforce, generative AI and Anthropic Claude fundamentals The selected candidate will work with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. What You Will Do Agentforce Revenue Management Build working knowledge of product catalog, product configuration, pricing, quoting, contracts, orders, assets, subscriptions, amendments, renewals, invoicing, and usage-based business models. Support the configuration and development of product, pricing, quote-to-order, and order-to-asset processes. Assist with data migration, product modeling, pricing-rule configuration, API-based integrations, and revenue-management testing. Troubleshoot product configuration, pricing, quote calculation, order orchestration, and asset-related issues under the guidance of senior team members. Agentforce and AI Fundamentals (Important) Assist in configuring Agentforce agents, subagents/topics, instructions, prompts, actions, conversation flows, and human-escalation paths. Build basic Agentforce actions using Flow, Apex invocable methods, prompt templates, and external services. Support prompt testing, response validation, grounding, agent testing, and evaluation activities. Learn how CRM data, Data Cloud/Data 360, business rules, APIs, and automation provide context and actions to AI agents. Contribute to simple Agentforce use cases across sales, service, revenue operations, and employee productivity. Anthropic Claude and AI-Assisted Development (Important) Use Anthropic Claude, Claude Code, or approved enterprise AI tools to support requirement analysis, documentation, code review, test-case preparation, debugging, and development productivity. Develop a foundational understanding of prompts, context, tool use, structured responses, hallucination risks, human review, and responsible AI. Participate in controlled proofs of concept involving Claude APIs, Agentforce, Salesforce data, or approved external systems. Validate all AI-generated outputs before using them in production deliverables. Salesforce Configuration and Development & CRM and Business Process Implementation Salesforce Industries and OmniStudio Support industry-specific Salesforce implementations using tools such as OmniScripts, FlexCards, Data Mappers/DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Procedures, and industry data models. Develop guided digital experiences and reusable components for communications, media, insurance, healthcare, financial services, or other relevant industries. Assist with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of industry-specific business processes. Integration, Data and DevOps Assist with REST and SOAP API integrations, Named Credentials, External Services, Platform Events, webhooks, and middleware-based integrations. Support data import, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, and migration using appropriate Salesforce tools. Use Git, Salesforce CLI, DevOps Center, CI/CD tools, or other approved deployment frameworks. Follow Agile/Scrum practices and communicate progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers. Required Qualifications 6 months to 5 years of relevant Salesforce experience, including internships, training projects, implementation projects, or professional employment. Understanding of Salesforce CRM fundamentals, security, data modeling, automation, and application development. Awareness of generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, AI agents, or Anthropic Claude. Ability to understand requirements, solve problems, document work, and communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical .
