About the role
IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Production Support Lead to join our customer in Webster, MA . This is an ONSITE position. Please find below additional details about this job. Kindly respond with your most up to date resume if you would like to pursue this opportunity.
Technical knowledge of IT, software development/defect resolution process/PLSQL knowledge is a plus

Committed to meet the deadline and retain regular communication with onsite and offshore team.

Ability to coordinate with Onsite and Offshore teams

Must have worked in a Production Support environment. Available on call.

Must strive for quality and attention to detail

Property & Casualty insurance experience is a huge plus

Spanish is required
